Great excitement plus a major thank you!
Dear Denise, Lani went for the audition at Scope Red today with Matthew and Jeremy, and…. Great news Lani won the role of Myer! Lani and I would like to thank you so much for putting her forward for the role. Your belief in talent development and passion for supporting your students is evident when I read the testimonials and myspace etc I admire your dedication and energy. I am so glad I found you and Screenwise for Lani. I hope all the other students you put forward had as positive an experience as Lani did today( she is over the moon!)

Acting for Beginners
Hey Hels!
Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the beginners course. I'd been actively acting for almost a year previous to it in theatre and film and even though I felt my personal standard higher than the norm I got an immeasurable amount out of the course. The basic foundations were taught so well that in just that short time I feel much more confident already. But the biggest part of it was just being able to talk to Phil. Being able to share in his advice and his own experiences was something I would have paid much more for. It's so tough to keep motivated sometimes and being able to chat to an old pro who was passionate and successful for so long has just given me a huge amount fuel for my fire and I'll probably be forever indebted to him for that.

Lani Castle - Screenteens
Hi Denise
I just wanted to let you know how much Lani is enjoying screenteens. Thank you for accepting her she loves the dedication of Malcolm and his discipline and commitment to achieving excellence with the students and his enthusiasm and passion for the arts. It is indeed a testimonial to an acting course for serious actors. I can’t begin to tell you how much this impresses Lani who has been in classes where it has been like a child minding facility. So thank you so much. I also wanted to let you know Lani scored two more modeling jobs with total girl and a featured extra role in an Australian Film and Television funded Short Film “Boundless” which she is filming tomorrow. I have attached a short spiel about the film. Also Lani’s updated head shots just the web versions.

I found this course (Director Sam Atwell's class) to be the best introduction to Morris technique I have experienced. Within a very short amount of time all of the core elements of this quite complicated method were explained and explored in understandable terms. Morris technique can be very confronting but this course was conducted within a very safe and nurturing environment which allowed the actors the creative and personal freedom to extend their skills and find new depths within the craft. I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in finding out about Morris Technique, or for people who like to maintain their skills in the method. You will always find something new.
